In 2025 leverde GS Housing 75 kant-en-klare container-kantoorunits aan een onderzoekscentrum in Ethiopië. De modules werden samengevoegd tot een gebouw van drie verdiepingen met kantoor- en laboratoriumruimtes, een binnenatrium en verbindingsgangen, gebouwd in opdracht van China Communications Construction.

In 2025 leverde GS Housing 18 standaard flatpack-containerwoningen voor een huisvestingsproject in Argentinië. De units vormden een modulaire accommodatie van één verdieping voor ongeveer 18 tot 36 personen, waarbij de water- en elektriciteitsvoorzieningen al in de fabriek waren aangelegd.

Following the November 2025 Wang Fuk Court fire, GS Housing supplied six standard modular units to deliver two emergency classrooms in Tai Po within a compressed six-day construction timeline — one day ahead of the December 15 target.
