Fu Tonghuan is the General Manager of the International Division at GS Housing, with over 12 years of experience in modular construction. He leads the company’s global development strategy, international market expansion, and long-term customer partnerships.

Under his leadership, GS Housing has expanded its international business to more than 70 countries and regions. With strong expertise in global certification and compliance systems, including ASTM, CE, SASO, EAC, and CSA, he helps ensure projects meet international standards for safety, quality, and reliability.

Duan Peimeng serves as the Technical Engineering Director at GS Housing, bringing over 10 years of experience in prefabricated steel structure construction. As a National Class-One Registered Constructor, he provides strong technical leadership in structural design, engineering validation, material selection, and production processes.

He has also contributed to the development and review of key industry technical standards and specifications. At GS Housing, he oversees core engineering functions to ensure projects meet regulatory requirements, achieve strong buildability, and maintain high standards of safety, quality, and technical reliability.

Ding Wenlin serves as the Engineering Lead at GS Housing, bringing over 18 years of experience in modular construction and prefabricated interior systems. With a background in Civil Engineering and PMP certification, he specializes in engineering management, product development, and quality control.

He has contributed to major initiatives including the AISAAS BIM system, modular residential projects in Los Angeles, and facilities for Antarctic research stations. From design and planning to production and on-site installation, he helps translate client requirements into practical solutions while improving project efficiency, standardization, and delivery quality.

Marketing Manager

Melody Liu serves as the Marketing Manager at GS Housing, focusing on global marketing strategy, international exhibitions, and overseas customer development for modular building solutions. She brings experience in market expansion, brand promotion, client communication, and project coordination.

She works closely with contractors, developers, EPC companies, and project owners, supporting business growth through market insights, exhibitions, and customer engagement. From initial consultation and solution coordination to delivery support, she helps strengthen long-term partnerships and expand GS Housing’s international presence.

International Business Director, Central Asia & Russian-speaking Markets

Kyra Zhao serves as the International Business Director at GS Housing, bringing 18 years of overseas business experience and supporting the expansion of modular building solutions across more than 10 countries. She specializes in strategic negotiation, project coordination, and cross-cultural communication.

With experience in major international infrastructure projects in Africa, Kyra has developed strong capabilities in managing complex projects and building long-term client relationships. Her international perspective and systematic approach continue to support GS Housing’s global growth and reliable project delivery.

International Business Director, European Market

Maria Ma serves as the International Business Director for the European market at GS Housing, with over 6 years of experience in modular building solutions and international project cooperation. She has strong expertise in regional market requirements, client communication, and customized modular solutions across Europe, Southeast Asia, and Australia.

From initial consultation and solution development to project coordination and delivery support, Maria works closely with clients to ensure smooth cooperation and reliable execution. Her market knowledge and project experience help support efficient deployment and high-quality modular building solutions for international customers.

International Business Director, Middle East & Southeast Asia Markets

Ceci Gan serves as the International Business Director at GS Housing, bringing over 16 years of experience in modular construction and prefabricated building solutions. She specializes in international business development, commercial negotiation, project coordination, and customized modular solutions.

She has supported a wide range of projects, including workforce accommodation camps, modular hotels, residential buildings, offices, schools, and medical facilities across multiple global markets. With extensive experience across the full project lifecycle, Ceci works closely with clients from solution development and technical coordination to production follow-up and delivery, helping build long-term international partnerships.
