He leads GS Housing’s global development strategy, driving international market expansion and strengthening partnerships with customers worldwide.

Under his leadership, GS Housing’s modular building solutions have been delivered to more than 80 countries and regions, earning the trust of over 3,000 partners globally. With extensive knowledge of international certification and compliance systems, including ASTM, CE, SASO, EAC, and CSA, he ensures that GS Housing projects meet global standards of safety, quality, and reliability.

His strategic vision continues to support GS Housing’s mission of providing flexible, intelligent, and future-ready modular solutions for customers around the world.

Duan Peimeng serves as the Technical Engineering Director at GS Housing Group, bringing over 10 years of experience in prefabricated steel structure construction and modular building engineering. As a National Class-One Registered Constructor, he provides strong technical leadership in structural design, engineering validation, material selection, and production processes.

With extensive experience in developing and reviewing technical standards and specifications, he contributes to improving safety, quality, and efficiency within the modular construction industry. At GS Housing, Duan Peimeng oversees core engineering functions, ensuring that projects meet regulatory requirements, achieve excellent buildability, and maintain high standards of technical integrity from design to delivery.

Ding Wenlin serves as the Engineering Lead at GS Housing Group, bringing over 18 years of experience in modular construction and prefabricated interior systems. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from Changzhou University and a PMP certification, with expertise in engineering management, product development, and quality control.

As a key technical member of the team, he has contributed to major projects including the development of the AISAAS BIM system, modular residential projects in Los Angeles, and specialized facilities for Antarctic research stations. He specializes in transforming client requirements into practical solutions, overseeing the entire process from design and planning to production and on-site installation.

Through continuous process optimization and technical integration, Ding Wenlin helps improve project efficiency, standardization, and delivery quality, ensuring reliable modular building solutions for clients worldwide.

International Business Director, Central Asia & Russian-speaking Markets

Kyra Zhao serves as the International Business Director at GS Housing Group, leading the expansion of modular building solutions across emerging markets in more than 10 countries. With 18 years of overseas business experience, she brings extensive expertise in strategic negotiation, project coordination, and cross-cultural communication.

With experience in major international infrastructure projects in Africa, including telecommunications-related initiatives, Kyra has developed strong capabilities in building long-term client relationships and managing complex global projects. Her international perspective and systematic approach support GS Housing’s continued growth and delivery of reliable modular solutions worldwide.

International Business Director, European Market

Maria Ma serves as a Sales Manager at GS Housing Group, with over 6 years of experience in modular building solutions and international project cooperation. She specializes in supporting clients with efficient and flexible modular solutions across Southeast Asia, Europe, and Australia, with a strong understanding of regional standards, market requirements, and project expectations.

From initial communication and solution development to project coordination and delivery support, Maria works closely with clients to ensure smooth cooperation and reliable project execution, helping partners achieve efficient deployment and high-quality modular building solutions.

International Business Director, Middle East & Southeast Asia Markets

Ceci Gan serves as the International Business Director at GS Housing Group, with over 16 years of experience in modular construction and prefabricated building solutions. She specializes in international business development, commercial negotiation, project coordination, and customized modular solutions.

Throughout her career, Ceci has been involved in diverse global projects, including workforce accommodation camps, modular hotels, residential buildings, offices, schools, and medical facilities across North America, Latin America, the Middle East, Africa, Europe, Australia, and Asia.

With extensive experience managing the full project lifecycle, from client communication and solution development to technical coordination, production follow-up, and delivery, she supports GS Housing in expanding global markets and building long-term partnerships with customers worldwide.
