1. Fast Shipping and Logistics Coordination

Under the challenges of epidemic traffic control and material shortages, GS Housing coordinated multiple departments to ensure the rapid shipment of prefab container houses from Guangdong and Jiangsu production bases to the project site.

This cross-region production and logistics support helped provide strong material security for the Hainan emergency isolation project.

2. Heavy Workload Under Emergency Schedule

The project team quickly formulated a construction plan, optimized the construction process, and organized front-line construction teams to race against time.

The project required extremely fast installation progress. To ensure smooth completion, the on-site construction supervisor quickly mobilized 70 workers to enter the site for construction.
