စီမံကိန်းနောက်ခံ
The Anzhen Hospital Project is located in Dongba, Chaoyang District, Beijing. It is a new large-scale hospital construction project with a total construction scale of approximately 210,000 m² and 800 planned beds.
The hospital is positioned as a non-profit Class III general hospital. Orient Capital is responsible for the investment and follow-up operation of the hospital construction, while the management team and medical technical team are dispatched by Anzhen Hospital.
After completion, the newly built hospital is expected to maintain a medical service level consistent with Anzhen Hospital and improve the regional healthcare infrastructure service capacity.
Container House Application in the Project
Container House Application in the Project
For large hospital construction projects, temporary buildings are required to support project management, construction organization, staff accommodation, material coordination, and on-site operations.
In the Anzhen Hospital Project, container houses were used as temporary modular facilities during the construction stage. Compared with traditional temporary buildings, container houses can be installed quickly, adjusted flexibly, and reused after the project is completed.
This makes them suitable for large-scale hospital construction sites where space planning, construction speed, and site management efficiency are important.

1. Temporary Project-Site Support Space
Container houses can be used to create temporary offices, meeting rooms, accommodation rooms, storage areas, and other supporting spaces for construction teams.
For a hospital project with a large construction scale, these temporary facilities help maintain daily project coordination and on-site management.
2. Flexible Layout for Construction Sites
The modular units can be arranged according to the site plan and adjusted as construction progresses.
This flexibility is useful for large hospital projects, where different construction stages may require different site layouts and functional arrangements.
3. Fast Installation and Relocation
Container houses are suitable for temporary construction environments because they can be quickly installed and relocated when needed.
After the hospital construction support period ends, the modular units can be dismantled and reused in other projects.
4. Standardized Modular Structure
The container house system adopts standardized modular components, allowing efficient production, transportation, and on-site assembly.
This helps reduce the time required for temporary facility construction and supports organized site operations.

The Anzhen Hospital Project in Beijing represents a large-scale hospital infrastructure project with approximately 210,000 m² of construction scale and 800 planned beds.
In this project, container houses were applied as temporary modular buildings to support the construction process. The solution provided flexible project-site space for management, accommodation, coordination, and auxiliary functions during the hospital construction stage.
This case shows how container house systems can be used not only for emergency medical facilities, but also for temporary support facilities in large permanent hospital construction projects.
