The Chengdu Metro Line 17 Project adopted GS Vivienda container house systems to create a modern modular project department for construction management and daily site operations. Designed for urban rail transit infrastructure projects, the modular buildings provide practical office, accommodation, meeting, and supporting facilities throughout the construction period.

El container house system offers a flexible layout that can be configured according to the requirements of different construction stages. Functional spaces such as project offices, conference rooms, staff accommodation, dining areas, and auxiliary service rooms are integrated into a compact modular layout, creating an efficient working and living environment for the project team.
Compared with conventional temporary buildings, modular container houses can be manufactured in advance, transported efficiently, and assembled quickly on site. Their standardized structural design also allows the buildings to be dismantled, relocated, and reused after project completion, making them suitable for long-term infrastructure development projects.
This project demonstrates the application of modular construction technology in urban rail transit engineering. With flexible planning, rapid installation, and reusable building systems, container houses provide an efficient solution for metro construction camps, project headquarters, and temporary site facilities.
