In 2025, GS Housing supplied 132 flat pack container house units for an employee dormitory project in Indonesia. The units were combined into two-storey modular dormitory buildings with finished bedrooms and private bathroom facilities, providing dedicated workforce accommodation for company employees and project personnel.
In 2025, GS Housing supplied 18 flat pack container house units for the Arua Enyau water supply project in Uganda. The units were arranged in single-storey horizontally connected rows to provide a combined construction site accommodation and project office facility for the construction team.
In 2025, GS Housing supplied 1,158 modular units for the IPIP mining camp accommodation project in Indonesia. The units formed a large-scale modular camp combining workforce accommodation, offices, dining areas, medical facilities, leisure areas and supporting infrastructure.
In 2025, GS Housing supplied 75 flat pack container office units for a research center in Ethiopia. The modules were combined into a three-storey facility with office and laboratory spaces, an internal atrium and connecting corridors, developed for China Communications Construction.
In 2025, GS Housing supplied 18 standard flat pack container house units for an accommodation project in Argentina. The units formed a single-storey modular facility for approximately 18–36 people, with water and electrical systems prepared at the factory.
Following the November 2025 Wang Fuk Court fire, GS Housing supplied six standard modular units to deliver two emergency classrooms in Tai Po within a compressed six-day construction timeline — one day ahead of the December 15 target.
