GS Housing Supports Tianjin Emergency Mobile Hospital Construction
GS Housing Supports Tianjin Emergency Mobile Hospital Construction
During the repeated COVID-19 outbreak, Tianjin required fast-built centralized isolation facilities to improve local medical service and treatment capacity.
GS Housing participated in the Tianjin Isolation Mobile Hospital Project by supplying 1,333 porta cabins for a large-scale modular healthcare facility in Ninghe District. The project covered a total area of 57,040 m² and was supported directly by GS Housing’s Tianjin Baodi production base.
As one of GS Housing’s key production bases in North China, the Tianjin Baodi factory provided both porta cabins and raw materials for the project, helping improve supply efficiency and support fast project progress under urgent construction requirements.
GS Housing Modular Solution
GS Housing Modular Solution
1. Direct Supply from Tianjin Baodi Production Base
The porta cabins and required raw materials were supplied directly by GS Housing’s Tianjin Baodi production base, reducing supply chain distance and improving delivery efficiency for the Tianjin project.
2. Strong Multi-Base Manufacturing Capacity
GS Housing has five prefab house production bases, including Tianjin Baodi, Changzhou Jiangsu, Foshan Guangdong, Ziyang Sichuan, and Shenyang Liaoning.
This nationwide production network provides strong manufacturing support for emergency modular construction projects across different regions.
3. Feasible Planning Before Site Entry
Before entering the project site, GS Housing coordinated resources and developed a practical planning and design scheme according to the construction requirements of the makeshift mobile hospital.
The team focused on accelerating project progress while ensuring construction safety and quality.
4. In-Depth Project Discussion
The project team carefully studied the site construction conditions and communicated with the construction leader about structural layout and construction procedures.
This helped clarify responsibilities, optimize the construction process, and keep close control over the progress of the isolation mobile hospital project.
5. Professional Installation Team
The construction work was undertaken by Xiamen GS Housing Construction Labor Co., Ltd., a professional installation engineering company under GS Housing Group.
The team specializes in the installation, demolition, repair, and maintenance of flat packed container houses and prefabricated KZ houses. All team members received professional training and followed the company’s requirements for safe and green construction during the project.
