Prefab house for Xiongan Mixing Station Project Department

This modular temporary camp serves the concrete mixing station construction site within Xiongan New Area, a national strategic new city landmark project. The general contractor is CCCC Second Highway Engineering Co., Ltd., a long-term cooperative partner of GS Housing.

GS Housing delivered a complete temporary housing system consisting of 49 sets of prefabricated flat pack modular container houses, covering integrated office spaces and staff dormitories to fully support daily management and living demands of the mixing station construction team. Adhering to standardized prefabrication and green construction concepts, we built a tidy, high-grade and eco-friendly site camp matching the high construction standards of Xiongan New Area.

The camp layout adopts a hierarchical zoning design to separate office and living zones, balancing work efficiency and rest comfort:

• U-shaped enclosed office areaThe project department office building adopts a classic U-shaped layout. This design significantly boosts land space utilization, forms a centralized internal courtyard, and achieves reasonable zoning of independent offices, meeting rooms and reception areas, facilitating daily communication and centralized management of site staff.
• Independent rear dormitory blockAll container dormitory units are arranged behind the office zone, forming an independent quiet living area. The separated layout effectively isolates construction noise from the mixing station, greatly improving workers’ rest quality and creating a clear boundary between work and life.

The whole office complex is equipped with premium broken-bridge aluminum doors and windows with wide glass surfaces. The spacious transparent interior eases working pressure for on-site management staff. Meanwhile, the elegant and unified exterior image can fully display the contractor’s corporate strength when receiving owners, subcontractors, enterprise leaders and government inspectors.

To practice the green, low-carbon and comfortable construction philosophy of Xiongan New Area, the whole camp is equipped with exquisite landscaping layout.
